About us
Reshape was founded in Prague in 2022 with a simple intent: build software honestly and understandably.
We are a small team. That is deliberate — we pick projects we can give full attention to, and we talk to clients directly, with no layers in between.
We work mostly with mid-sized companies and technology product teams. Sometimes we build a product from scratch; other times we step into a system that lost its shape over years of operation and help it back.
We believe good architecture is recognisable by the fact that it can be explained. That is why we insist on documentation, defensible decisions and code that can be handed over.
What we insist on
- No black boxes — the code and infrastructure are yours.
- An estimate we can defend, rather than a pretty number.
- Technical debt named before it becomes a problem.
